• Standard/ in stock items deliver in (1 - 4) Business Days.
• Customized items deliver in (10 - 21) Business Days.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that the returned items must arrive back at our facility within 14 days  from the date you initially received your delivery. Any returns arriving after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items (such as change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, etc.)

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your piece arrives damaged or features a structural defect, please notify us at dualights@hotmail.com within (1 : 2) days of receipt. we will review the issue immediately to arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Dualights will cover all return shipping costs only if the item received was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent by mistake. In such cases please contact us immediately with photographic proof.
